These people are the worst. After paying my car off I will NEVER finance another car through them. They are bullies and don't know how to speak to their customers. If you're a day late they call your phone back to back the day after your payment is due. I don't know if I'm paying off a car or if they are my man the way they call. I literally paid them $300 and the next day they are blowing my phone up about $100 I owe them. Give me a break, yall are not hurting about $100. Once I had to get some things fixed on the car after only having it a few months so that was a set back. I couldn't believe they told me to ask family for the payment. Who does that??? Very unprofessional!

My God, hindsight is 20/20. I would have never gone with this company if I wasn't in a desperate situation at the time. The customer service is horrible. Every time I speak with a representative, they have the nastiest disposition. My last run in with them was because I set up auto pay and they never took the money from my account so I made the payment manually. . . Two full weeks after the date that the ACH payment was suppose to be made and after I had already made the payment, they took another payment out of my account. When I called an explained to them what happened, they told me I would not get a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Michelle was just as rude and unhelpful as her team member. When I asked to speak to Michelle's supervisor she forwarded me to a voicemail that was not functional and did not allow me to leave a message for Stacey Jiminez, who is supposedly their manager. I had to call my bank and request to stop the payment and if that doesn't work, I will have to go through the process to dispute it. CREDIT ACCEPTANCE IS THE WORST. They honestly truly don't give a damn about their customers.

I really had no contact with them until pay off. Called got my amount and shut auto pay off. Pretty simple got my title in maybe 3 weeks. They gave me a loan when my credit was in the toilet. The interest was high, but I didn't have a payment I couldn't afford. Time and paying this on time has done wonders for my credit. I'd use them again, but I think I'd get a better rate some where else.

I financed a car with them august 2015, 3 year loan, very high interest-rate. Well in august 2016 I was in a serious car accident, totaled the car. Owed $6,000, car was only worth $2,000. Insurance covered that and gap covered everything except $600, they won't ever work with me on the $600 because my account has been past due before. This hasn't been the only problem, they have the worst customer service reps I've ever dealt with. Paid $10,000 for a 03 Camry. If I had other options I definitely would have chose someone else to finance. BEWARE!

Read the fine print. I owe them $1100, but I am paying interest on 2,600 because that is what I would owe if I didn't pay ahead. The contract says I "may" be eligible for a refund at the end. Customer service supervisor tried to talk at me like they were saving me money because of the interest I won't pay the last year of the loan since it will be paid off. Also she basically told me that I won't get a refund. We are only talking about $100-150, but that is not the point.
