I've been with TCF Bank for a long time and yesterday again I went in. Branch Supervisor Maha Khalil helped me with an account and she was as professional, friendly, and helpful as she could be. I would recommend this bank to anyone. They provide excellent, personal service.

Everytime I come to this branch they are incredibly slow. Takes upwards of 10 to 15 minutes just to make a deposit. I'm considering switching banks because of it.

Absolutely the WORST bank I have ever been to. My brother is in a coma and the cashier and manager had ZERO sympathy. They actually sat there and smiled while telling me they wouldn't help at all. Negative 1,000 stars. Absolutely disgusting.
