Although we’ve been impressed with Brad’s work in the past, he really outdid himself this time. As he’s done in the past with our refinancing, Brad streamlined the loan process and paperwork. He gave us several options to meet our needs, and he worked to get us the most competitive rate. We really appreciated his extra efforts to keep our rate locked in when we faced delays beyond our control. And, the closing was painless. Working with Brad and everyone at Somerset Lending Corp, we quickly saw how knowledgeable they are. But, more importantly, they emphasize customer service and take extra measures to make the process as easy as possible. Brad is very honest and did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Brad was also flexible, available at all hours and responsive to our inquiries (and, unfortunately, with this house there were several along the way). He helped us identify creative solutions to several problems we encountered. Not only are we pleased with the end result of our financial transaction, but Brad also connected with us on a personal level and made us feel like your top priority. This was our first experience looking for financing for a condo. Brad and his group were recommended to us and from the first call to Brad, we were taken care of professionally and courteously.
