Not a very professional company. They don't even have the common courtesy to contact you to let you know that they can't work with you (I'm guessing they blew me off because they couldn't). I contacted my rep on 3 different occasions and he just kept telling me that he should have an answer soon... well, it's been over 3 months now and still no answer. Thankfully, I found another mortgage company that was able to work with me and not ignore me.
