Huntington Staff at this location are not only "poor" in their knowledge about banking but are also poor at handling simple customer issues, let alone customer courtesy! Rudeness thrives at this location from top to bottom staff! Give it a try and you will experience what I am saying here. Staff at this location care nothing about customer retention but more about how to suck more and more fees from customers without even letting them know that they are being charged those fees in their account! And when you go and question them, they simply ask you to close the account and leave!! I hope this is not just the widespread cultural issue at Huntington but rather an issue with the staff at this location only. I will NOT recommend this bank to anybody.

1.0 star rating 11/30/2016 I've worked a lot with the Rochester branch and their service has really turned south. Recently they have made some errors and as a result I was charged an unnecessary $60 fee. The frustrating customer service calls, long hold times, no resolution, are very frustrating. They admit the fee should be waived but now they want me to write letters, etc. It is just no longer worth my time. I'll pay the outrageous fee and then slowly work to close all my Huntington accounts and never do business with this bank again. They went from the small bank with great customer service to a "big bank" with lousy service in a hurry.
