Matt with Academy Mortgage was extremely helpful from day 1. This was a huge perk for me since I am first time home buyer. Any time of the day, Matt made himself available to answer all of my questions. Out of all the times I called, I don't think I ever received his voicemail. I even called him multiple times after 5PM and on the weekends. Matt was really what we were looking for in mortgage officer and we will definitely utilize his services in the future. The only gripe was that we had a small hiccup at the closing table. Matt handled it by pulling over on the side of the road and fixing the issue while stuck in traffic trying to get to our appointment in Commerce. Even though it was a stressful situation (magnified because it was our first home), I feel Matt turned it into a positive by still jumping on the issue and fixing the problem immediately. I will use Matt in the future for any future mortgages.
