When I first joined they showed me my business was very much wanted, now they could care less!!!! They are rude now!!!!!

Excellent customer service from the greeters, tellers and loan officers.

Will cancel your debit card with less than 48 hours notice, make you wait 3 days for a new one, and then a week of useless phone calls and lack of service trying to get the new card activated. But activation won't matter - because now your card doesn't work anywhere and they still can't help you. Forget to sign a check at the ATM? No problem, they'll just freeze your account and let your house payment, your insurance payment, and all your checks bounce until you call to ask why. A simple phone call would have worked, or maybe just mail me the check back - but no, destroy my credit score and laugh at me when I tell you about the $300 in fees their stupid stunt just cost me. They open late, close early, and only have a single ATM (which is offline about 16 hours a week) - so access to your money is sketchy at best. Counter help is somewhere between rude and completely disinterested in their clients. Want a loan? Better expect to be treated like a convicted pedophile asking to babysit - even with an 840 credit score it is nearly impossible to get a loan from here, and the rates are so poor compared to every other credit union in the area. When this was the Community Schools CU the service was top notch, but ever since they became Best it's been a rapid decline.

THANKSGIVING WAS THURSDAY! REGULAR WORK DAY THESE DAYS FOR MOST! SO NOW GUESS WHO CAN'T CASH THEIR CHECK, PAY BILLS, GET GROCERIES? US! VERY UNHAPPY... AND OF COURSE, DID YOU BOTHER TO SEND A FLYER? PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE? NOPE. SO ANOTHER MINUS TO THIS NEW GROUP. CAN WE PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD CREDIT UNION? YOU KNOW, COMMUNITY SCHOOLS.. THE ONES WHO CARED?

Great staff and have me my first car loan even with no credit
