I am a debtor that was unaware of some extra hospital fees. I have to say, the three people I spoke with were very helpful and made it as pleasant as possible. I did call them, and I don't know if that helped or not. I have to say thank you to the people who work here that realize they are speaking to another human being who is trying to get by like the rest of us. A special thank you to Mary Ann Painter, you are a great gal!

Had a call from "Scott" who demanded payment for a bill that was never received. Was told not to contact the provider of the service, for they would not speak to me. So, I did call them and sorted out the misunderstanding.

I did not have a bad experience with M&M. However; I think you just made their point "A Google User!" Not what you say, but how. Owing a debt is not the only time one needs someone to listen and understand- Lets hope you never are caught in such a situation. No need to be condescending and rude- ever!

I spoke to Ms. Evans and she was very kind. I appreciated being spoken to as a person and not just a debtor.

They call my number at least 18 times a day. I just called back and they want my info. I don't think so, I have dual insurance and don't owe them anything. If I did I am sure the Dr I have been seeing for 8+ years would of billed me first! Nice try.
