This could not have gone any better with Steve and his team. Everyone involved, especially Steve and Amanda, made this "normally" tedious and worrisome transaction go anything but that. I was kept up to date daily on what was needed, how underwriting was going, what the next steps were and a proper timeline. Very friendly, yet no sugar-coating, exactly what I was looking for. There was nothing hidden with them and they under-promised and over-delivered. As promised, my closing costs came in lower than expected. At closing, Steve was there, in person, to answer any questions, just in case. Twice now, in less than a week, after we closed, Amanda followed up to make sure all was still well.
