There customer service is lacking, I'd call someone else. I've tried twice to have them contact me with their web form and called their toll free number. No one get's back with you.

After getting a crummy loan offer from my bank I was referred to them. They are excellent. I got a fifteen year fixed mortgage from them at what was an extremely competitive rate and NO CLOSING FEES WHATSOEVER. I have recommended them to friends several times since. They do not do jumbo loans. Dealing with them was very easy and very swift. I would not hesitate to go back to them again if I needed another mortgage loan. They sell their mortgages but service them. Never had a problem of any kind.
