I have had several Mortgages at several different Banks; never have I had a bank officer spend so much time and work as hard as Betsy and Kathryn did. They bent over backwards to assist in wading through all the paperwork and jumping through all the hoops. They did an outstanding job in my opinion.

Terrible online banking system, even after transitioning twice in 2 yrs to new systems, which they managed to make inconvenient for their customers (outages; lost statements; need to re-enter bill payer info; need to re-do ACH b/c of new routing number). Cannot use Chrome to download statements. Inconvenient branch hours.

Just like the the other comments, what was once an outstanding bank, UBT, is now worthless. ONB charges petty fees for less than zero customer service. Don't waste your time and money with the dump!
