I had a terrible experience with them. I tried applying for an auto loan online - got all the way through the application twice when I got a computer error message. I then called in to do an application over the phone, and the while I was filling it out with the customer service represenative the application timed out and she said we would have to start over again. I had to wait over five minuts to speak with a supervisor. I'm sure they would have managed to get my application somehow - but who wants to do business with a company that can't even process an application?

Been with SECU for 20 years and honestly its been the best banking experience. I had a few separate accounts with other banks for out of town purposes the fees was just ridiculous.
