TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called in to make a payment maybe 10 WHOLE minutes before closing time. I was put on hold for 5 of those minutes before being hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again!! I will be refinancing my loan with someone else who appreciates my business and knows the meaning of customer service. this review deserves no stars, but you have to give at least one to post it.

There have been several times when I have called in to make my auto loan payment and the agents are rude and disrespectful. I spoke with Danielle today who was apparently having a bad day and proceeded to make sure I knew it. Attempting to speak with a supervisor to relay to them how unprofessional their employees are is useless; it appears as if nothing is ever done. I'm looking forward to the day I never have to deal with this company again.

Most of the customer service are rude if you can go somewhere else my advice is stay as far away from this company as possible. This is not so friendly finance!

Yes Danielle is definitely rude. They speak to you like you're a p.o.s Blow your phone up if you're 3 days Late. This company is awful. Can't wait to pay my car off
