If you can use another bank, you should. The account web interface is inconvenient, the web bill pay is clunky, the bank still uses paper release forms that have to be delivered by hand, they hold deposits for 24 hours after USAA has already credited my other accounts. I will be going back to USAA immediately.

I am so tired of this bank. I can never reach anyone when I need help. If the branch opens at 9am, why isn't there an operator available at 11? I'm just done. I'm switching asap

My account was charged off to a $0 balance through a court preceding and these crooks (PFCU) continued to draft monthly payments from my checking account. When I called to get it straight I was given the run around and false promises that someone would call me back. My final action was to close the account. I will never go back!!!!!!!!!
