USB is always very helpful and prompt with returning our phones calls and or answering any questions that we may have. If we do not understand a charge or need help we call Jennifer. If she is not available whoever answers the phone helps if they can. Our company has never waited more than 1 hour for a return call from USB if it was needed. Jennifer really does go above and beyond to make sure we truly understand everything before we get off the phone. We would be lost at times if she did not patiently and clearly explain things to us. A few years ago our company was offered the world by a different processor and we mistakenly made a change. The added fees and hidden charges were crazy. Needless to say we quickly switched back to USB Payment Processing and Jennifer.

Let me start off by saying if I could add extra stars I would! I stopped into USB PAYMENT PROCESSING on February 13, 2017 unannounced. The receptionist took me back to see Dan Hurd as if they were expecting me! Dan set me up with my new electronic processor and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Great experience… Thank Dan!

Dan is extremely knowledgeable and has been very helpful getting us set up for wireless credit card processing for our conference. I was able to explain to Dan what I needed and he was able to provide a solution for us and explain it in terms that I understood!
