Don't call if you don't have ATLEAST 30mins to spare. Horrid horrible wait times on the phone. Plus, they recently sent out chip cards and closed out my old card without letting me know. I only found out after calling them when my card won't let a transaction through & I knowing I had money on it.

If there is zero star to give, I would have gave secu in md! you WILL NEVER be able to talk to anyone on the phone! you call customer service to talk to someone not a mashine! you will lose your mind! I will definetly willl disconinue my membership with them today! including my mom's! horrible!!!! i'm very suprised how the bank still servive!
