Sad very Sad. My 84 year old mom stayed up nights thinking someone was going to take her home away from her. Bogman brought the account from another agency . We called for 24 weeks. Trying to talk to person in-charge of her account we never got a called back. I mean He never called back.

The house 2 door down was i, burned to the ground. Bogman.. The mortgage holder, is dragging their feet on cleaning up the remains. The fire occurred a year and a half ago. Now the temporary security fence has been removed....still no clean up. If this is how they treat the community... Speaks volumes about customer service... Doesn't it????

Wish I could give them no stars! This company sucks!!! As others have mentioned, their website is horrible, and it is NOT secure, so keep this in mind when your entering your account info. You cannot sign out, and if you hit the back arrow to get off of the site, all you have to do is hit the forward arrow, you are right back in! Its a joke, Hate the site and the company, Customer service is non existent. When you do get someone most often they are rude. Wish I could change mortgage companies.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Would never recommend using this company for anything. They kept referring me to their website to obtain information, but I keep getting notification that the connection is not secure. Tried to access from home and secured work connection.

There website SUCKS. The are like non existent the office closes at 4pm
