I worked with Miss Liu Han refinanced my home. She is very professional, patient, and considerate. She did not push me to finish the process ASAP, she explained in detail about each of my questions, and she did her best to lock the best rate for me. The refinancing turned out to be a successful and happy experience. Miss Liu is also a CPA, she provided free consulting about tax saving tips, which is really helpful. I highly recommend Miss Liu Han and TopOne.

Please stay away from this company at any cost. They promise one thing and deliver another. I was told that I would close on time, but was delayed because of their ineffectiveness which resulted another $2000 from my pocket. They will put you through hell before the loan is approved. I worked with Nancy Han who was horrendous. She had no clue about what she was doing. Stay away
