Last year I decided to purchase a property that needed renovations and 'flip' it here in DC and started looking for a lender that would not only be able to get me the money but also give me expert advice since it was my 'fist time'. He's a very nice guy, always available to answer questions and knows the DC area better than anybody I've ever met.
