Capital One Bank in Hyattsville, MD

One word: Fail. I have been in this branch twice trying to get a second savings account, and I've been told to wait for too long (20 mins.) or no one is available. Meanwhile a woman walks straight up to a teller and gets served instantly. That'd be enough to pull all of my accounts right there.

I have banked here for one year as of this writing, and have had only good experiences with their customer service. They have been helpful in making change for a garage sale, providing a cashier's check, and public notary service. Checks can be deposited into your account by feeding them into the ATM outside the front door. The only down side is that there is often a lengthy line in the lobby for business other than dealing with a teller. But they do have staff assigned to greet you and assess your needs so they can more quickly connect you with the appropriate desk.

Worst bank ever. Takes forever to speak with anybody. Dirty floor, stained carpet, TV's are full of kids finger prints. Just stay away from this branch. It's like a 3rd world bank placed in hyattsville.

Employees are nasty. The latin girls trated me rudelly. It's clear they don't know nothing about their job, but treating bad the customers.

Worst bank ever. Can't or won't process a transfer out of the bank. They take money great. They give no money back. They have 18 different logins. That's BROKEN. You're website is bad and your banking is bad you should shut it down. Wells Fargo has better online than you.
