I have an auto loan account with this institution and wish I never dealt with them. Need a pay-off letter; was promised one but it never arrived bc the person that promised to get it out but went on vacation and forgot to help me. Call the branch I use and was put in voice mailbox after another. I was in jeopardy of losing the auto refi with my credit union bc of the nonresponsive attitude of BB&T. I'm so done.

The supervisor made unpleasant expressions when I told her I had 8 separate small deposits. Also had the same reaction when she found one of my deposit's bills were not in order. She said "ok, when you make a deposit YOU HAVE TO have the bills in order." I apologized bc honestly I didn't know how that one was all mixed up. But she still made an unhappy expression, which made me feel uncomfortable. Next time I'll go to a different location instead.

Very bad experience, i open an account 10 days ago and i was suppose to receive my debit card on the mail within 7/10 days and i called customer service and was told my card was proccesed 2 days ago, which is crazy, so they told me to go to a bbt close to my house and they can provide me with a temporary card because of what happend with my card. So i called and the lady was really mean and told me she cannot give me a temporary card and asked to talk to the manager and said he was not there untill monday. If im not getting a temporary card on monday im close this account and will head to open a new account in a different bank. I cannot wait 20-30 days to receive my card, that is unbelievable. No wonder why thr lady told me to come back when i receive thr card so she can check if everything was ok with my account, guess she was in a hurry to go home.
