A terrible company. I was misled into a leasing agreement for credit processing equipment. I NEVER received the equipment nevertheless they kept my account open and finally after time and time again when I requested to close the account they sent me a collection letter for an amount over $3000. I was told if not paid it will go against my credit report. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!! I wish I could give them zero star.

our contract ended and we canceled the service back in nov 2015 but the rep we talked to never noted it in the system that we want to cancel service. a year has gone by and we noticed no statement sent any more and they are still taking money from our account. customer service is rude and tries to make it look like a supervisor is never available. dont use them at all. we started using square and we are saving more money this way then using first data plus we dont get. We intend to get our attorney involved in this matter.

I have been getting three reports that are empty as I haven't had an account with them for many years. Can't seem to stop these emails, just have to delete them constantly.

If you need a merchant account to accept credit cards for your business - DO NOT USE FIRST DATA. They are such crooks and make it expensive to stop doing business with them. They suck you into a long-term contract and then when you try to break the contract, they play whack-o-mole with you. If you call one minute before the contract expires, you get hit with a $500 early termination penalty. If you call one minute after the contract expires, you get automatically renewed and they hit you with another month's fee. Unbelievable. And, every time you call, plan on 45 minutes to wait on hold, be transferred, wait on hold, be transferred. All their customer people know how to say is I'm sorry, I apologize, I'm sorry. But, they can't solve any of your problems. Some of the sorriest people I've ever talked to.

Complete fraud, I worked for Bank of America for 7 years. It is a complete bait and switch. I was paying before on average 3.05 % on my transactions total plus the annual $99 for PCI form. No contract. They promised me with $104 monthly fee .99 percent on all transactions except for government credit cards/ listed and non qualified transactions and Pass Through Rate on Amex charges. Instead my effective rate with $104 fee is 5.7% to 6% per month. Almost double what I was paying before and under contract. They just pass you off promise you one thing then next month same issue I have been dealing with them for 60 days and still can't issue resolve. I would stay away from the company.
