I must say the service and experience was great initially but it seemed like once we really started the process, things turned for the worse. Our loan officer, Patti Click, fell off the face of the earth. She was difficult to reach, at times being totally unresponsive to my husband and I and even our realtor. When she did decide to respond, she half-answered us by being selective on what questions she answered. During this process any and all questions are important especially for the buyers! This was very disappointing. She always said she was available for questions but truly was not. I am all about quality service and follow-through and the ball was definitely dropped. She was unorganized, not a good listener, and inconsiderate to the fact that we were first time homebuyers (who just wanted answers to questions). Our closing was delayed a day and then even on the rescheduled day, it was pushed backed 4 hours and then another hour after that. This would not have been a big issue if we did not take off of work and find this out when we were there...and had to wait 5 hours! We never heard anything from her and our realtor was basically doing al the labor trying to find out what was going on.There was last minute paperwork done (errors being corrected and forgotten information being filled in) to the very last minute. We thank God that in the end everything worked out but there was a lot of unnecessary stress and bumps in the road. We expected to meet Patti at the closing table (as she stated earlier in the process) but she did not show up. I guess if I handled folks wrong and messed up, I wouldn't show up either. Sadly, I would not recommend her as a loan officer. I won't bash the company because I'm hoping she does not represent what PrimeLending is all about as an entity. However, she was not a good representative for them and seriously needs some coaching on organization, communication and overall customer service.
