This one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. I am trying to settle an estate and have sent in all the paperwork they requsted. After waiting a month with no response I went to the branch . I spoke to a rep.who told me she would respond to me within 24 hours After 7 days with no response I called her left message. Guess what no return call. Still no answer. This place is a joke, Where's the money

I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. THEY HAVE 5 PAYROLL CHECKS I PAID TO EMPLOYEES THAT THE BANK ACTUALLY CASHED TWICE!!! DO NOT WALK, RUN FROM THIS BANK. THE BRANCH "MANAGER" AT THE GLEN BURNIE BRANCH IS NOT VERY HELPFUL. SHE IS RUDE TO ALL CUSTOMERS AND IS NEVER ANY HELP. DO NOT WALK, RUN FROM THIS BANK. revised- after numerous complaints and 7 full days, refund was made because it was there error.
