Bay country what a slap in the face today thanks for nothing you today have loss me as a good customer ..was not thinking that would happen to day ..when I done paying this loan off ..I be done with y'all for good ..I go something where else .I have been a great customer .

I would recommend no one to them. Me n my husband use both cars, but when i couldnt get tha title we use his. Got approved for 1,500 been paying on time, untill they sends a letter n a new coupon book saying tha payment went up. Because he didnt get full coverage which my husband ask n tha lady said no because his car was a 03 n mines was a 08 n being finance. So they wasnt getting a second payment n now we back to 2,000 n more, tha employees are rude, n one got in his feelings cause my husband got in his ass. N tha front desk person isnt no better, left a messsge saying we was pass due, called my husband n she says i miss heard how is that when i have her leaving a message. How is this place in business.

This company is the worst of the worst people to deal to deal with.. I put 2 other reviews about the people at this financial bank. Instead of them trying to reach out to me they just keep on removing my review.. I'll keep on posting until the company goes out of business..

suck, suck, suck. called to get a payoff and they were "short staffed"so could not fax one over or give me a verbal one...I was in a dealership and it is not my problem, that they are short staffed. rude and unprofessional idiots.

This place right here is the worst they only approved me for 750 and my payment wasn't do 2months from the date I was approved so I've been payin str and on time called to get the balance the mF doubled it that fast the worst the worst I swear PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!
