TD Bank in Gaithersburg, MD

I have banked with them for 4 yrs have had no problems customer service always outstanding and no lines great place to bank will continue my buisness with them Happy New year

They take care of all my problems and and make sure I'm happy before I leave. I like my bank. Banking here is great.

We just went here today to get some cash. Fast, no line. We didn't require customer service so we can't speak to the staff's capabilities. The store is well situated, and they have an ATM that is accessible via car!

Deja is always there and always smiling! All tellers there are wonderful. They greet you at the door and bid you farewell when you leave.

TD bank has been sending me offers to refinance a line of credit and I decided to check them out. Visited the local branch and met with John, a senior and very knowledgeable customer rep who guided me through the process. He and his team worked as a well oiled machine, Cathy from underwriting was great. They use an independent appraisal agency who sent a seasoned appraiser (Steve) familiar with the local pricing. In the end we were approved for higher line of credit at the best interest rate available on the market (you have to have the credit score and the equity in your home for this). All in all a fantastic customer service experience, in my opinion this bank is headed successfully to the future. Many thanks to their entire team !
