My wife and I appreciated New America Financial while purchasing our new home back in July of 2015. They were very customer service friendly and they guided us through every step in regards to acquiring our home. The numbers they gave us when letting us know that amount of money needed for closing didn't match up with what the actual figures were but they weren't off by too much. Neil Kantor was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Neil was also very instrumental when we decided to re-finance our home. He got the ball rolling and provided us with what was needed to get the deal done. Thanks Neil and New America Financial. Keep up the great work.

I will never use this company again nor will I advise anyone to use them! My husband and I were referred to them through a friend and they are absolutely the worst company ever! They wait until the very last minute to work on our file. We were told that our interest rate was first 3.75% then it was 4% now it nearly 5%. Our home is finished being built, we paid our bills, we had even paid all of our closing cost and down payment when we first start the building process. We were working with Kempes Jean and Moshe Barrientos. They cost us thousand of dollars by us not closing by 12/31/16 because our income was too high, we need to pay taxes on money from 401K for the down payment & closing cost, we had storage fees, the apt lease is up on 12/31/16 so now we will have to live in a hotel until we close, keep my mothers things from the apt. In a uhaul and pay daily until we close. They promise to pay our hotel cost with a voucher from the company then yesterday told my husband that they will cover 1/2 of the out of pocket expenses. We will be consulting with our lawyer asap. They wont return any emails, calls or text messages we have to show up in the office just to get answers but we just don't understand why if you don't need anything from us then what's the problem???? I'm sure that everyone has not had a great experience!!!!

I had a great experience working with New America Financial. Sam Polland and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. As a first-time home buyer, they did an excellent job explaining the process and walking me through all the steps. I was comforted with their knowledge and ability to get me through this important step in my life!!

I worked with Gerald Zapol on a loan. He and his loan officer kept on top of things and let me know what was going on with the loan as it was happening. They had great communication skills on what I needed to do and we worked together in a timely manner for a smooth loan. He was also good about getting in contact with people/businesses to get the information he needed. As icing on the cake...he was a very friendly person whom I found easy to communicate with. Quick, accurate, and delivered everything on time. Closed in less than 45 days. The interest rate was the best I could find. The easiest mortgage I've ever had. Valentina And Lorraine were awesome! Thank you!!!
