Very unsatisfied. Was off by 9% our debt to income ratio. Took over 2 weeks to even hear back from underwriting after the initial meeting. Very poor customer service, would promise a response by Monday and we wouldn't hear anything back until Wednesday. Very unprofessional. Don't use them.

Susan Slaughter at Presidential Bank Mortgage is by far the best mortgage broker I've ever worked with. She recently helped us obtain a mortgage for our new home and the process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Susan is very detail oriented and very responsive so there were no paperwork mistakes or delays - in fact, Susan is so professional and efficient, we were able to close on the house early and move out of the hotel and into our new home. This place is terrible. I honestly do not know how they stay in business when they have people like Joe working for them. So unprofessional. He hung up on our Realtor when she was trying to get us prequalified. And then he lied to us multiple times. We were never a priority to him. In fact, he really hurt our chances of getting a home. So thank you Joe. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you screwed over someone that protects your freedom on a daily basis. (My husband is Military). Good luck to whoever uses these people!
