We came in and talked to a banker, closed our account, they took our cards and shredded them, and the accounts remained open without us knowing. Account fees, then overdraft fees were charged to the account, and we are being held responsible for them as the bank didn't do what they said they had done. Why would we pay off our Wells Fargo credit card, empty our accounts, and go withdraw all of our money from a BANKER (vs a teller). The bank manager is rude and has actually laughed at me when I was voicing my complaints. This branch is the SOLE reason my accounts are now closed with Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo needs to do a better job training their employees. I've been to both locations in Frederick MD and they never seem to be knowledgable about their processes other than making regular deposits and withdrawals.

Rude service along with a lack of knowing how to do their jobs, even though they talk down to you as if they know everything. Get some older, more respectful staff.
