Incredibly slow sevice. They have no idea to staff for peak periods. This is the Walmart of banks. Need to change banks.

Outside of hearing a call that was on speaker about their lack of business ( be professional and close the door), what was conveyed to me on the phone was different from what was said in the branch the next day. Next I was told I need it explained again by the manager when I asked why and asked to speak to a manager; instead of apologizing and taking ownership of the misinformation given. After everything going on with your brand, learn how to aknowledge your banks mistakes when handling a long standing customer.

WORST wells fargo experience ever, EVERYTIME I come here there is a huge line and ONLY TWO people working at the window. The managers just sit and stare at you instead of helping the cashiers.

If I can give them a zero I will. They transferred my funds into someone else's account. Instead of them acknowledging their mistake, they were rather rude.
