I hated the service I had today, the women wouldn't say hello or look at me or tell me their names. They didn't make me feel comfortable. They also wernt really aproching things to me just speaking around me until the teller told me I owed money but didn't explain why. I didn't mind it taking a long time to get everything done. This is the first towerfedeal that I have just hated the service.

Tower is one of the greatest banks I have ever banked at. No problem, the tellers are very polite and considerate.

Would definitely recommend opening up an account, and the branch folks are really nice. They even called me when I replaced my debit card to make sure everything was working for me properly. They have always been a huge help and I've never had any problems with any of my accounts. The credit card rates are decent, and I've never had a problem with my card.
