Bay Bank, FSB Headquarters in Columbia, MD

I was a Carrolton Bank customer for over 30 years, and used the Glen Burnie location branch. Then when I moved to Howard County I started using the Hanover branch because it was much easier than traveling all the way to Glen Burnie just to go to the bank. A couple of months ago I need some copies of my bank records (to show my average monthly balance) I called the Glen Burnie branch and the manager said no problem, she would take care of it that afternoon and mail it the next day. Two weeks pass and nothing so I called the bank...the papers were still on her desk and the response from teller that took my call....they were two big to mail....what? So why didn't the manager call me and tell me this. I have tried to find out why I don't get statements...I was told they have my address wrong...BS because I have gotten them in the past. Now I decide I will get online banking. I went to the website read the agreement and filled out all the information, but needed the monthly balance from my last statement i called the main office and given another number to call and they would take care of it...4 (FOUR TIMES!!!!) I was given another number to call..WELL BAY I AM SHOPPING FOR A NEW BANK!!!!!! I gave you one star because there is not zero stars!!!
