The most incredibly awful bank to exist. I went to the ATM to withdraw some cash at Stamp with my Bank of America card (thankfully, I don't have Capital One). Everything went fine, until the end. Towards the end of my transaction, the ATM tells me that my "Card has been secured safely" and to "Please contact Capital One Bank." For absolutely no reason. Oh, and even better, I didn't get a single dollar of cash, yet the transaction charge was quick to appear online (with their $2 fee). Afterwards, I went into Capital One the next day, told them about the dilemma. They said "Sorry, but there's nothing we can do. Our ATM destroyed your debit card. You need to handle this with your own bank." And now, I need to file a case for the $62 these people stole from me and order a new card. How are you guys even a bank?

I've been banking with capital one for almost five years and most of my transactions have been through this branch. The staff are efficient and friendly, and wait times are typically low. They are also efficient with requests that could potentially take time (opening an account, ordering a checkbook etc.). I've always been satisfied with my experiences here.
