IN THE BRANCH: The managers (especially the Assistant Manager) do not care about their customers and will tell you anything to get you to leave. BUT THE DRIVE THRU: Frederick (the best teller in the world) is an all out SUPERSTAR. I have never gotten better customer service than I do from him consistently. The difference between customer service from management vs. tellers is stark and off-putting.

Not a very good bank overall. I keep a list of their mistakes, a list of problems with their on-line banking. The branches are powerless to make corrections due to everything being decided at headquarters. We closed most of the accounts with this bank and kept just a few. I've been with the bank for five plus years. (time goes by so quickly. It used to be a top notch bank but it is and acts like a huge bank now.....not a local feel.
