Very very nice and helpful employees and great bank but their phone system is rediculous I've been trying to contact them because they're having problems with their automatic card pin setting system and I've called multiple times and after waiting almost a half hour three separate times I have given up. But you can't call and complain because of course no one answers the phone. Have been going here for almost 12 years and am getting very annoyed.

Horrible customer service. I cannot begin to tell you how disorganized and unprofessional. I am dealing with a number of financial institutions at this time - RTN the worst! No policies in place- you get a different story from every person you speak with. I finally went in person- I am shocked at had badly I was treated.
