I got my original mortgage and now 2 refinances with Shant. His team made it very easy each time, answering all of my questions promptly and they were also able to get everything in order and ready to close very quickly. They even came to my work so I could sign the final paperwork for my refinances without taking time off work. I have no complaints and can't recommend him highly enough.

I used Guarantee Rate when purchasing my first home last year. Shant and team were extremely helpful. Customer service was top notch as his team was available any day any time. They were able to process my loan very quickly which enabled me to close on the property in a timely manner, much quicker than a bank. Shant's team was able to offer services that banks could not, like no PMI. My only complaint is that I was not informed of first time home buyer programs up front. It wasn't until I sent them a quote from a bank with a much lower interest rate, that I was informed about a first time home buyer program that would enable a lower interest rate. I was told I would have to take a specific class, and at that time we needed to move forward quickly in order to avoid any other interested parties coming in. With that said, even the bank who gave me the quote knew Guaranteed Rate knew Shant, and admitted that banks would not be able to compete with their team in terms of a timeline. I went with the Guaranteed Rate, and would absolutely recommend them to a family/friend.
