I was a little nervous about buying a used car rather than new from a dealer. But choice auto center made me feel like family. They had the car I wanted for over 2 thousand less than what the other dealer down the street wanted. I'm glad I didn't sign the paperwork with the other place. Overall pretty straightforward, friendly and good value.

Worst car buying experience. They were quick to call once I inquired about vehicle but everything was standoffish once I went in. I made my 1500 deposit and after that got the run around for a few days before I decided to go to another dealer that got me approved in three hours. I came back to retrieve my deposit and was made to wait and then given a check I couldn't cash. This is the worst experience again. I do not recommend anyone go here unless you want to be hustled into a vehicle that isn't worth the price point or the hassle. Feel free to go to the Honda store in Lancaster, MA as they were great fast and gave me an even better deal w lower mileage and even gave me a 2 year warranty on vehicle. Choice auto judged me on my appearance and had a condescending owner tell me to change my life and giving me a chance etc nothing to do with buying a vehicle. It was rude and did not add to my experience at all.

Had a pleasant experience car shopping at Choice Auto. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The owner Ray is a great guy and really helped me in every way that he could. They had quite a large selection of quality vehicles, and I've told others to definitely stop in before they purchase a vehicle elsewhere.

Went to multiple dealerships as I was in the market for a new car and ended up at choice auto, they took the time to take care of my needs and supplied me with some good information and a good price on the car I had purchased from them. They treated me very well and they have a great group of guys over there. I'd recommend all my friends and family to work with them if they are ever in the need for a new vehicle!
