Mansfield Branch Terrible customer service. SOME tellers have been here too long and are grumpy, set in their ways, have a poor attitude, and are generally unpleasant to deal with. The bank manager does not speak English very well and seems to have no idea how customer service is supposed to work. Quick story...I opened an account (which was a process) and was told that my debit card would be mailed to me in 7-10 business days. Two weeks later it had still not arrived, which was obviously very inconvenient, so I went to the branch to ask about it. I was told there was no paper work requesting a card and they would order a new one for me (7-10 business days). I asked for the card to be expedited and was told that would cost me $60. The teller had no compassion (in fact she had an attitude) and told me to wait for the manager, there was nothing she could do. 20 minutes later I'm still sitting there. Return to teller. Still can't help me. 10 minutes later I meet the same manager I set the account up with two weeks ago. She told me that I didn't ask for a card and she could do nothing about the $60 fee. After much deliberation, excuses, and her being clueless that I was a new customer and she should probably waive this fee I withdrew my money on the spot, went down the street and opened an account with Citizens. Citizens offered much better account options and was much more helpful and competent. I really wanted to bank here and honestly gave them a fair amount of patience but this was just too much. DON'T GO HERE!

Mansfield Branch - Terrible service at the drive thru - After 20 years of being a customer - paying off a car loan, paying on two home equity loans, today when I tried to deposit a $200 check which I can well cover out of my accounts, the teller who always gives me a hard time every time I go to that window (I expect it) tells me that I can't deposit the check without proving that it is my son's signature....really? So do you need a DNA sample to "deposit" not cash a check in which I have sufficient funds in my account to cover. I know exactly who the previous customer was referring to in his statement about a grumpy bank teller.

Worst instituion I have ever dealt with. I've had several accounts over the years with various banks and my experience here was by far the worst. Even after attempting to close my account, they continued to take debits which I instructed them not to. Resulting in, obviously, an overdrawn account. They then prooceeded to take the money which I owed, from a relative's account whose name was NEVER at any point on the account. What a disaster. Tellers are friendly and helpful, though. Barbara is useless. Aside from that, constant fees are always being charged for petty reasons. Do NOT bank here.
