Love TD but today at the Revere branch I honestly had to deal with Remi and her eye rolling. I went in to do a deposit and told her I'm missing 2 numbers on my account and I can't remember it gave her my debit card and honestly caught her rolling her eyes at me. When she was done with my transaction she toss me my receipt and didn't even pass me back my debit card. Really disappointed cause I have dealt with Manny who's is so great and very helpful. She HONESTLY THE FIRST HORRIBLE PERSON I DEALT WITH AT TD. This type of thing really makes me want to close out my account with TD. I honestly do value customer service which Remi was lacking.

When I tell you it's always something - it's ALWAYS SOMETHING! Unless your using the ATM stay away from this branch! The staff here aren't rude - just incompetent. It makes me dislike TD bank because of what I've experienced multiple times. Ugh

Kudos to Jennifer....she was very helpful and always displayed a positive and caring attitude. TD Bank is most fortunate to have Jennifer as a team member!

I forgot her name, so I will have do describe her physically. There's a very skinny pale blonde lady with light eyes who is always rolling her eyes at people. She has the worst attitude and I always feel like she is judging me. Avoid her at all costs. It's like she's constantly on her period or something. You can just tell that she doesn't want to be there. Seriously, stop with the eye rolling and judgmental tone. I only use the ATM or if I unfortunately have to go in, I check if she's there because I don't want to go in and feel uncomfortable.
