Had to come in to make a withdrawal, been waiting for over 30 minutes, 1 teller, no one is helping the poor girl out and customers are leaving because they are waiting too long...bad time to lose my debit card!

This bank closes at four during the week. Super useful hours. Now those TD Bank North commercials make sense. I got here just prior to closing (thank goodness) to get a replacement debit card. I've been waiting for fifteen minutes now. They're closed, how busy could they be?

Only one person working customer service. For all the money they make charging us fees on top of fees, they should at least have more people working there!
