I've been dealing with this bank for a business account and can say that they are not as efficient as many other banks I've done business with before. They are confused by standard procedure and don't follow through. For example, I was supposed to be set up with online banking last week, and the excuse for it not being ready was "we don't work on the weekends" even though it was supposed to be done by Friday. Friday isn't a weekend day last time I checked. The clerks are very courteous, but don't seem to all follow the same procedures so it is very confusing to deal with them since they are not very structured.
