DCU Is a great bank in general, Services are prompt and efficient. one grey area is that their way of calculating credit score denies one a significant points compared to their competitor who are located a mile away.

The app is even slowest. Each time i make a check deposit via app, even two days afterwards i have to call the main customer service before s/he will ask for my checks to be treated. It is better driving to the bank than depend on their app.

Great local bank. They're always busy, but the tellers are fast and efficient, so you rarely have a wait. I have a business and personal account and DCU has been great for both accounts.

Slowest branch I've ever been too. Was first in queue.. waited over and hour before leaving and going to another branch.
