I"m a Middlesexual !!! Wouldn't dream of banking anywhere else. Can't think of enough superlatives. I've had my personal, business and trust accounts here since 1999. Phone support great. Online banking works great for me. Nice people at the branches. Ask the people who work there what they think of the organization. Ask the other customers. I wish every place I go to was this good. And they are so nice too. It's so easy to feel like just a number in today's society. Whenever I go into one of the branches I always get a small town feeling that makes me a little homesick for Vermont. But the main reason I go is because they are competent. They are efficient at explaining everything, answering all my questions. Clerical errors or miscommunications have been few and far between and they were usually my mistake! They never, never try to upsell me. The Middlesex online, phone and walk in services all seem to have lots of redundant security safeguards.
