It took half an hour on the phone to tell me that I needed to go in person to a local branch, to ask a question about a check deposit. Then they managed to waste another hour by giving completely wrong answers and not even listening what I was asking. These guys are clueless.

They are the worst. I believe Bank of America charges less fees. Credit Unions are not supposed to nickel and dim you every chance they get. I'll be moving my money as soon as can after New Year's day. Stay away from them at all costs because it will be cheaper in the long run.

The branch in Framingham is terrific. Never had an issue. I love the ease of online bill pay, the staff is great!
