Polite, but not competent. Left watch for a simple repair of day/date frame, returned to me with the hands out of sync. Opening the watch twice, may as well do it myself. Did not return for second repair caused by the "watch repairman". Giving an incompetent a second bite of the apple makes no sense with a wrist watch.

My family has used The Gold Mine for almost as long as they've been around. They are great at what they do & they have reasonable prices. I'd be in there more often if I lived closer...but they're definitely worth the trip.
