Citizens Bank in Chelsea, MA

Hi as I am sitting here there are five more custumers waiting only one person working on finance. And three teller's. Its so anoying ive been waiting for about an hour. Bad custumer service not anought personal our time is important too.

They've given me more headaches than I can count and have the most inconvenient hours of operation with employees who are more than eager to leave at EXACTLY closing time

Very rude Customer service they take long plus one cashier she was checking her food Delivery instead help me when I get there, she never greeting and was rude when give me my money and didn't ask me for anything else I'm Customer since 2009 and I'm very despiont with this attitude.

Not enough tellers, waiting in line was worst who the hell wants to hear other ppls conversations over their cell. Do us a big favor and wait till you're done and then have all the conversations you want outside the bank.

The Cashier was really friendly and fast, I gave 2 stars because.... there was a line and the thing was that an employee came with some beverage in her hands and I was in her way and she gave me an Excuse me with an attitude, I was in the line so I couldn't move but if she would've ask me with gentleness it would be find not with an attitude, so ok.... I let her pass without saying anything and then she came back behind me and pushed me with her arm, like wth! Citizen Bank should hire Nicer persons even though they are not in the clock they are in there job and thanks to her I gave them 2 stars. I couldn't see her name tag but She was a dark long hair skinny white hispanic girl with glasses.
