Great bank to use and friendly employees

I opened an account at the Covington branch in an effort to support the "small businesses" in my parish. My account is small, I use it to pay bills via, auto-draft. However I incurred $95.50 in charges due to a lost card. I called my local branch to explain, and was told by a subordinate that the officer in charge of these matters said "They are cracking down and we cant help you at this time". I called the main office and was informed the local branch has the final say. I use other banks with newer technology and far more convenient locations. I was hoping for a more personal experience with a bank that has only 3 locations. The employees of the Covington branch are nice people, I question the protocol of management.
