Worked with Jennifer at the Pikeville KY Branch as well as Gary. Both were great and took the time to give us individual attention. Better than that they explained how to get an even lower interest rate on our loan. And they worked with my work schedule so that my wife could take care of most all of the paperwork and after work all I had left was a few signatures to complete. You could not ask for better people to deal with anywhere. Like many others my credit was not so good and I was turned down at other lenders. Springleaf had fast service, I was approved quickly, they did not make me feel like a horrible person for having low credit or like I was the plague for asking for a loan, and honestly I can't recommend them enough. Especially if more traditional lenders treat you like you are nothing, give them a shot!
