Only giving one star becuase it's the required minimum. They charge fees at random and the fees are ridiculously high. For people with direct deposit that show consistent HIGH deposits once a week there should be none. If it is the banks error, they won't take responsibility. Granted if you have a slip up on your account it's widly known there is a fee but when you CALL AND ASK YOUR BALANCE AND THEY TELL YOU A POSITIVE AMOUNT then you get charged because it was incorrect...thats wrong. 10 years ago they were much better. Maybe go back to the kind of people they used to have?
