THEY LITERALLY CHANGED THEIR ADDRESS WITHOUT A SINGLE NOTICE = I'LL PROBABLY GET A LATE FEE NOW AND THEY WON'T LIKELY HELP ME BECAUSE THEY WANT TO ROB PEOPLE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON. This lender is TRASH. I've made every payment on time and they're going to choose NOW to screw me over.

One customer service representative will tell you something and a different one will tell you something totally different. Walking contradictions that can't get out of their own way. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Customer Service is what KHC is lacking! Reps like ERICA should not work here. It's that simple. My husband and I work hard and purchased a home in 2003. Never had a issue. Got a new rep and it's issue after issue. We can not even make a call or have a question without feeling harassed or that we are trying to get out of paying our mortgage payment. Do NOT USE!

I have worked with Kentucky Housing Corporation several times over the years and have ALWAYS found them to be cooperative and helpful. They have helped me purchase homes that I otherwise would not have been able to purchase. I greatly appreciate that KHC is there for home buyers like me.
